Overview
We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and professional individual to join our insurance office as an Insurance Sales Representative/Agency Producer. This is an in-office position and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the insurance industry.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to prospects and existing clients
- Provide insurance quotes for auto, home, and other personal lines products
- Follow up with leads and clients in a professional and timely manner
- Explain coverage options and help clients choose the right insurance solutions
- Sell insurance policies and meet production goals
- Maintain accurate client records and follow office procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Sales experience is highly recommended
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to work in the office
- Basic Windows literacy
- Property & Casualty license preferred
