As the Human Resources Generalist at FSA, you will play an important role in supporting our employees, leaders, and overall workplace culture. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, supporting teams, and creating positive employee experiences. You will help manage a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, HR systems, and employee engagement initiatives.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Support the employee lifecycle by managing recruitment activities including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, offer preparation, and hiring documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes including new hire paperwork, HRIS setup, orientation, and required training to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Serve as a resource for employees and leaders by providing guidance on HR policies, procedure, benefits, and employment-related questions.
  • Assist with employee relations matter including attendance concerns, coaching conversations, corrective actions, performance documentation, and workplace concerns.
  • Support performance management processes including employee reviews, performance improvement plans, and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, compliance documentation, and HR systems.
  • Assist with benefits administration including employee questions, enrollment processes, open enrollment, and benefit communications.
  • Support payroll processes including timesheet review, employee changes, and maintaining accurate HR/payroll information.
  • Assist with handbook updates, policy development, HR procedures, and compliance initiatives.
  • Support HRIS management, reporting, process improvements, employee engagement activities, and company events.
  • Work closely with leadership and employees across multiple departments to support a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
