This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.

The Position

The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the pre-onboarding process from the offer letter stage through onboarding. The coordinator will manage employee documents and HRIS profiles ensuring documents and Bar information are properly uploaded and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new hire announcements
  • Generate Employee onboarding accounts and documents
  • Send all new hire materials including offer letters, conflicts, background check, benefits documents, and onboarding materials
  • Provide firm support regarding policy, process and HRIS issues to the Firm
  • Manage documents and employee files
  • Handle verifications of employment and unemployment claims
  • Process team invoices
  • Assist in the rolling out of new HR policies and procedures
  • Process AMEX card applications and cancelations
  • Ensure compliance and grant access to Bank of America matters
  • Provide employee Help support
  • Track Summer and Future hires that happen throughout the year
  • Verify and update employee Bar information in the system
  • Special projects as assigned by Manager
  • Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years HR or other office experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working in HR Operations
  • Experience with HRIS Programs

Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

Salary Range:
$55,000โ€”$60,000 USD
