Bluewater Linen opened in Spring of 2017 to help New Mexico hospitality operators create the most sustainable and cost-effective luxury bed linen product. Bluewater Linen is 9 years young and business is thriving, as people return to travel. We have the latest in automation and technology in the United States, and are looking for a customer-oriented Linen Floor Operator
Why This Role Matters:
We are seeking a Linen Floor Operator to join our team at Bluewater Linen , a state-of-the-art hospitality linen facility serving hotels and resorts across New Mexico. In this role, you will support the accuracy, quality, and flow of our production process by sorting, staging, and preparing hotel linens using automated equipment. Your work directly ensures the timely and professional delivery of high-quality linens to our hospitality partners, contributing to the guest experience at leading hotels throughout the state.
What You'll Do
  • Operate the sort station to accurately separate incoming linens by type and customer.
  • Break down bundles from carts and load linens onto the conveyor system.
  • Enter customer information and product categories into the computer system with accuracy.
  • Divide linens on the sort deck and place them into correct bins.
  • Move loaded and unloaded carts throughout the plant and sterilize carts as needed.
  • Keep production areas clean, organized, and free of water or debris.
  • Operate additional workstations as trained and assigned by the Floor Supervisor.
  • Assist drivers by loading and unloading carts for deliveries and returns.
  • Review final cart contents at the weight station and stage them according to production sheets.
  • Support general production flow by moving carts into staging areas throughout the shift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and aligned with production needs.

  • Required use of PPE and compliance with all safety protocols.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on production needs.
