  • Assist our users with a wide range of potential issues, ranging from Malware Cleanup to light firewall configuration
  • Assist with VPN client configuration
Skills
  • Basic Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
  • Basic Knowledge of OSX
Requirements
  • CompTIA A+ and Network+ are a plus
  • CompTIA A+ required after 90 days of employment
  • Microsoft certification with a focus on Office 365 required after 180 days of employment
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft mainstream products and software
  • Any other industry standard certifications
  • Valid driver's license and personal car
  • Background check and pre-employment screening
  • Possibility of onsite work when on-call
