Paralegal - Guardianship & Conservatorship (with Probate & Estate Planning Support)
Location: Atlanta, GA | Full-Time, In-Office
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Paralegal with strong experience in guardianship and conservatorship matters, particularly those involving adult clients. This role will primarily focus on assisting attorneys with guardianship and conservatorship filings, client communication, and case management. Secondary responsibilities will include supporting probate and estate planning work as needed.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, empathetic, and capable of managing sensitive cases with care and efficiency.
Schedule & Location:
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • This is an in-office position at our main office location based in Atlanta, GA
  • Occasional overtime may be required

Qualifications
• Some college required; degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm setting, handling adult guardianship and conservatorship matters
• Experience with probate and estate planning is a plus
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, and Mac OS
• Familiarity with Daylite, WealthCounsel, or ElderCounsel is beneficial
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
• A motivated, compassionate team player with a strong desire to help clients
