We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Assist customers with e-commerce orders, including processing returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all customer interactions are documented appropriately.
  • Utilize POS systems effectively to manage sales transactions and inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
