In this dynamic role, you'll champion transformation across the entire value chain-boosting safety, elevating quality, accelerating delivery, optimizing inventory, and reducing cost.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact
  • Champion a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination.
  • Lead and mature ITM deployment activities across the Factory.
  • Facilitate kaizen events aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.
  • Train, coach, and develop teams on ITM tools and methods.
  • Lead Costout projects and guide others through successful execution.
  • Collaborate effectively across crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
  • Communicate clearly and influence at all organizational levels.
Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, or process improvement.
  • Authorization to work in the United States and/or Canada.
  • Lean or Six Sigma training/certification preferred.
  • Proven record of delivering measurable performance improvements.
  • Experience leading change and influencing without authority.
  • Familiarity with ITM, TPS, DBS, HOS, or similar operating systems.
