    • Install software, drivers, and applications on factory systems.
    • Verify that deployed systems are working correctly and meet requirements.
  • Basic Technical Support:
    • Provide first-line support for hardware issues and assist with troubleshooting.
    • Handle incoming tickets for hardware deployments, replacements, and basic repairs.
    • Perform equipment swaps and reimaging to resolve issues.
    • Escalate complex problems to senior team members.
  • Inventory & Asset Management:
    • Track hardware inventory including devices, spare parts, and equipment.
    • Maintain accurate records in asset management systems.
    • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming hardware shipments.
    • Assist with equipment returns and replacements.
  • Documentation:
    • Follow standard operating procedures for imaging and deployment tasks.
    • Document deployment activities and issues in ticketing systems.
    • Complete deployment checklists and records.
  • Logistics Support:
    • Coordinate hardware movement between campus locations.
    • Support deployment activities during standard hours and occasionally during off-hours.
    • Assist with equipment setup at various factory locations.
Requirements:
Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, hardware deployment, desktop support, or related technical role.
  • Experience building computers, installing operating systems, or working with hardware.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software installation.
Technical Skills:
  • Comfortable building and assembling computer hardware.
  • Familiarity with operating system installation and imaging processes.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures.

  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Personal Attributes:
  • Detail-oriented with focus on following procedures accurately.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills for working with team members.
  • Comfortable working in factory/industrial environments.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work non-standard hours for deployments.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) and perform hands-on work.
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
