About the Role
The Data Analyst I/II supports program performance by ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role works closely with program leadership to monitor outcomes, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support operational improvement. The position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements at the program, county, and state levels.

Responsibilities
ยท Review and analyze program data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
ยท Generate and distribute reports to program leadership and external stakeholders
ยท Monitor trends and identify insights to support program performance and outcomes
ยท Collaborate with program staff to improve data quality and reporting processes
ยท Participate in meetings related to data, outcomes, and reporting requirements
ยท Maintain compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and data security standards
ยท Create reports, charts, and dashboards for leadership review
ยท Support data collection processes and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
ยท Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations based on analysis
ยท Support cross-functional teams with data-related needs and reporting
ยท Perform additional duties as assigned
