Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Logistics Warehouse Specialist who takes pride in organized work, values teamwork, and enjoys working in an active warehouse environment. What You'll Do
As a Logistics Warehouse Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring inventory is accurately received, stored, managed, and shipped to support time-sensitive customer needs. Responsibilities include:
  • Receive, inspect, label, and store inbound inventory.
  • Pick, pack, process, and prepare outbound customer orders.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Process inventory transactions using warehouse management systems.
  • Respond to inventory inquiries from customers and internal teams.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, rolling ladders, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, distribution, or logistics experience
  • Experience using warehouse management systems, inventory software, or barcode scanners
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Forklift experience is a plus. Forklift training and refresher training are provided for qualified employees.

Physical Requirements
This is an active warehouse position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds. The ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in varying warehouse temperatures is required.
