Help Clients Create Exceptional Events
RC Events is Northern Colorado's largest and most established event rental company, supporting everything from intimate celebrations to large-scale weddings, corporate events, and festivals.
We're looking for a customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys guiding clients through the details of creating successful events. This role blends consultative sales, event planning support, and logistical coordination to ensure every order is accurate, thoughtful, and ready for execution.
Our team works closely with clients, planners, venues, and our operations crew to design rental packages that bring events to life.
If you enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and managing the moving pieces of complex events, this may be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients planning weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations
  • Consult with clients to understand event needs and develop tailored rental packages
  • Create accurate quotes and manage event orders from inquiry through final confirmation
  • Guide clients through product selections, including tents, table settings, linens, and event accessories
  • Work with walk-in clients and scheduled showroom appointments to help visualize event designs
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution and clear communication
  • Identify opportunities to enhance events through thoughtful product recommendations
  • Manage multiple event timelines and client communications simultaneously
  • Resolve order changes or challenges quickly and professionally
  • Build long-term relationships with planners, venues, and repeat clients

Requirements
You'll thrive in this role if you:
  • Enjoy working with clients to plan and problem-solve
  • Are comfortable managing multiple event orders and deadlines
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Can confidently guide customers through decisions and close sales
  • Maintain attention to detail even when things get busy
  • Work well in a collaborative, team-focused environment
  • Are energized by the fast pace of the events industry

Qualifications
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred
  • Experience in events, hospitality, catering, venue management, or event rentals
  • Experience working with high-value orders or complex logistics
  • Familiarity with rental or CRM software
  • Bilingual
