B & R Machine is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer / Lead Inspector to support precision inspection operations for complex machined components. This role ensures parts meet stringent customer and regulatory requirements by developing robust CMM programs and leading inspection activities across production.

What You’ll Do

  • Create CMM inspection programs from drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
  • Organize, maintain, and control inspection program libraries
  • Install and validate programs across multiple CMM machines
  • Perform first article, first piece, in-process, and final inspections
  • Measure parts using CMMs and other precision instruments
  • Verify conformance to engineering specifications and tolerances
  • Continuously improve existing inspection programs
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other inspectors
  • Maintain accurate inspection documentation and records
  • Communicate findings with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of CMM programming and inspection experience
