We currently hiring for our day and night shift. Our shifts offer a great balance of work and family time. Employees on days work Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and employees on nights work from 4:30 pm- 3:00 am. Depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays.

Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running.

Some general job duties for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Inspect tooling and load into machine
  • Determine work holding if not specified
  • Touch off tooling
  • Pick-up work offsets
  • Run part though and make adjustments as needed
  • Understanding of Feeds and Speeds ability to adjust if needed
  • Basic program editing skills
  • Blueprint Reading
  • Use of inspection equipment
  • Familiarity with Okuma, Fanuc and Mitsubishi controllers
  • Work with little to no supervision

  • January 1st following your 5-year anniversary → 160 hours
