Role Overview
The Analytics & Testing team supports the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Ecommerce analytics, A/B testing, personalization, and performance measurement tools. The team partners closely with Ecommerce Operations, Merchandising, Site Experience, Global Web Analytics, and Data Science teams to deliver reporting, insights, and testing initiatives that enhance site performance and customer experience.
The Ecommerce & Testing Analyst will support the execution and ongoing development of our Web Analytics and experimentation capabilities. This role partners across Ecommerce Operations, Merchandising, Site Content, Marketing, Data Science, and Global Web Analytics teams to analyze performance, support testing initiatives, and deliver clear, actionable reporting.
This position is hands-on and execution-focused, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into practical insights that inform day-to-day business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support cross-functional teams by extracting, analyzing, and validating Ecommerce data

  • Assist in analyzing Ecommerce initiatives and campaigns, providing performance insights

  • Build, maintain, and update dashboards and recurring reporting

  • Conduct diagnostic analyses to identify performance trends and opportunities

  • Support A/B test setup, monitoring, and results analysis

  • Analyze customer, transactional, and behavioral data to inform optimization efforts

  • Leverage cross-platform data sources to evaluate site and campaign performance

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in analytics processes and reporting efficiency

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 2+ years of experience in digital or Ecommerce analytics and/or A/B testing

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and BigQuery (required)

  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar platforms

  • Working knowledge of SQL (BigQuery syntax preferred)

  • Familiarity with testing platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, Monetate, or similar tools is a plus

  • Experience analyzing Ecommerce performance, A/B tests, or personalization initiatives preferred

  • Basic understanding of statistics and test measurement methodologies

  • Ability to translate data into clear, concise reporting for stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
