What you will do

As an Omnichannel Marketing & Ecommerce Analyst, you will play a critical role in  executing, analyzing, and optimizing integrated marketing and ecommerce programs  for Sam’s Club. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Omnichannel & Shopper Marketing 

  • Support development and execution of  insight-driven omnichannel campaigns aligned to brand priorities and Sam’s Club strategies 
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to plan and optimize retail media investments (search, display, onsite/offsite media) 
  • Contribute to Joint Business Planning (JBP) by supporting marketing strategy development and retailer-facing recommendations 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, brand, insights, media) to deliver customer-centric activation plans 

Ecommerce & Digital Shelf Excellence 

  • Monitor and optimize digital shelf health (content accuracy, availability, ratings & reviews, search visibility)

  • Track new item launches (NPI) and ensure timely content and asset execution 

  • Partner with Digital Shelf and Customer teams to improve content quality, taxonomy, and share of shelf 

  • Conduct competitive audits and identify opportunities to improve conversion and shopper engagement 

Analytics, Reporting & Insights 

  • Own and evolve ecommerce and omnichannel scorecards, leveraging tools and data sources to track performance

  • Analyze campaign, content, and ecommerce performance to identify trends and actionable recommendations

  • Leverage 6P data (product, price, placement, promotion, etc.) to build insight-driven storytelling

  • Develop presentations and narratives that translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights 

Strategy & Optimization 

  • Provide recommendations to improve media effectiveness, digital experience, and conversion 

  • Support budget tracking and identify opportunities to optimize investment and ROI 

  • Influence site experience and merchandising strategies to drive sales and share gro wth 

What We’re Looking For 

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 3+ years of experience in omni-channel marketing, ecommerce, digital marketing, analytics, or related roles 
  • Experience in CPG and/or retail
  • Strong understanding of retail media, digital marketing, and ecommerce fundamentals 
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools 
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights 
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills 
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities 
  • Curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented 
  • Up to 15% travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Sam’s Club or Walmart

  • Familiarity with ecommerce/retail tools such as Scintilla, Stackline, Profitero, IRI, Flywheel, Pacvue, or Salsify 

  • Experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$90,100.00 - $127,200.00
