We are looking for a focused, efficient, and detail-oriented Morning Prep Specialist to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating beautiful, fresh food and signature breakfast items.

What You Will Do (Fresh Food Excellence):

  • Breakfast & Sides: Hand-roll our famous buttermilk biscuits and prepare our creamy Mac & Cheese to perfection.
  • Precision Prep: Chop lettuce, slice produce, and prepare ingredients with speed and accuracy to set the evening shift up for success.
  • Special Orders: Efficiently handle special guest requests and custom orders as they arise.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensure all items meet Chick-fil-A’s strict standards for freshness, appearance, and food safety, including regular temperature monitoring.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a sanitized and organized prep station throughout the shift.
