Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
At least 3 years of experience in Software engineering process consulting, Business process consulting, Business problem definition, Architecture / Design / Detailing of Software delivery, Business processes, Solution architecture definition, Business case development
At least 3 years of experience in design and implementation Tools Migration and consolidation, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) and Tools administration using one or more of the tools/technologies (but not limited to) in each of the below areas -

At least 2 years of experience in development / configuration / tooling solutions evaluation/ validation and deployment
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel is a plus
Excellent client interfacing skills, ability to convert discussions into meaningful and powerful presentation content for senior management consumption
Analytical ability and strong communication skills
Ability to work within teams in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
