Job description

Job Title: Estimator Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, Remote Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for reviewing project plans, assessing project requirements, and preparing accurate cost estimates. The ideal candidate will have experience using Emullion estimating software and be able to work remotely. Responsibilities: - Review project plans and specifications to determine project requirements. - Prepare accurate cost estimates using Emullion estimating software. - Analyze project costs and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures. - Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate estimates. - Provide support during the bidding process. - Participate in project meetings to provide cost estimates and analysis. - Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and change orders. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an estimator. - Experience using Comsense estimating software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Attention to detail and accuracy.
