Are you an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, an upbeat and positive attitude, and a passion for exceptional guest service? We're looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team and help lead our front office in a vibrant, full-service hotel environment. The ideal candidate will have prior front office experience in a full-service hotel, strong supervisory experience, and proficiency in FSPMS. We are looking for a confident, approachable leader who brings positive energy to the team, enjoys engaging with guests and associates, and can lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead and support front desk agents during daily operations, ensuring service standards and procedures are consistently followed.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop front office team members while holding the team accountable to performance and service expectations.
• Foster a positive, upbeat, and team-oriented work environment while motivating associates to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
• Oversee check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, billing accuracy, and daily front desk operations.
• Utilize FSPMS to manage room status, front office operations, and daily reporting.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Lead by example with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and associates.

Requirements
• Previous front office experience in a full-service hotel is required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hotel environment is strongly preferred.
FSPMS experience is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, front office procedures, and guest service standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Upbeat, positive, and engaging personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable while fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment.
• Ability to handle difficult or escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant hospitality training and experience required.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required licenses or certifications.
• Additional language ability preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
