Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, In-Office

You will work closely with financial advisors and operations professionals to ensure investment accounts are opened accurately, asset transfers are completed efficiently, and clients receive a seamless service experience. What You'll Do

As an Investment Operations Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing investment proposals and supporting advisor recommendations
  • Opening new investment and advisory accounts
  • Processing account service requests and maintaining client account records
  • Tracking and monitoring asset transfers and account movements
  • Supporting the financial planning process and client onboarding activities
  • Communicating with custodians, vendors, and clients regarding account requirements and status updates
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities within CRM systems
  • Assisting with document preparation, electronic signatures, and administrative operations
  • Supporting advisors and team members with special projects and other operational duties as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Strong professionalism and commitment to client service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications (can be obtained on the job)

  • Life & Health Insurance License
  • Series 6 and/or Series 7 registration
  • Experience with investment trading systems and operations
  • Familiarity with financial planning software and industry platforms
  • Experience with Wealthscape, Envestnet, DocuSign, and CRM systems
