Job description

Field Operations Coordinator - Full-Time | DFW Region | Evenings + Days

Upkeep is a doorstep valet trash service partnered with large apartment communities across Texas. Every night, our crews collect bagged trash and recyclables directly from residents' doors - no off-site hauling, just reliable, quiet, property-level service. We're growing across DFW and looking for a hands-on Field Operations Coordinator to help us run it right.

About the role

This is a boots-on-the-ground operations role for someone who leads by doing. You'll support nightly valet crews across the DFW region - training, scheduling, filling in when needed, and making sure every property is serviced on time and to standard. During the day, you'll assist senior staff with bulk hauls, property walkthroughs, new property rollouts, and crew and client supply management. You're the link between management, clients, and the crews doing the work every night.

The ideal candidate lives in the north Dallas area and is comfortable driving across the region to where the work needs them.

What you'll do

  • Train and support valet crew members across multiple properties
  • Coordinate scheduling with site staff and area supervisors
  • Equip and resupply onsite crews and client properties
  • Fill in for service as needed and troubleshoot issues in the field
  • Walk communities routinely to identify and address areas of need
  • Assist senior staff with bulk hauls and property walkthroughs during daytime hours
  • Support new property rollouts from setup through launch
  • Relay communications between sales, management, clients, and valet porters

Schedule

  • Sunday - Thursday evenings, with service starting at 8:00 pm (typically 8 pm - midnight)
  • Daytime availability required for walkthroughs, rollouts, and bulk haul support
  • Travel across the DFW region as needed

Requirements

  • Full-size truck and valid driver's license
  • Able to drive for extended periods across the DFW region
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Able to climb stairs, walk distances, and carry up to 75 lbs
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Basic smartphone and computer proficiency
  • Strong multitasker who can problem-solve on the fly

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or field management experience
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the multifamily or property management industry is a strong plus

Compensation & benefits

  • Full-time position
  • Paid holidays

Keep up, with Upkeep.
