Our team partners with owners, contractors, and public agencies to execute mission-critical work including major airport projects across the United States.


We are seeking an Office / Project Engineer to support construction operations at DFW International Airport.

This role focuses on documentation, coordination, and approval tracking, ensuring work is properly reviewed and authorized before execution in a regulated, operational environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track:
  • Submittals
  • RFIs
  • Drawing logs
  • Review construction documents for accuracy and coordination
  • Track approvals required before work begins
  • Maintain project records:
  • Submittal logs
  • RFI logs
  • Daily reports
  • Coordinate with:
  • Project Manager
  • Assistant PM
  • Superintendent
  • QA/QC
  • Support scheduling and workflow tracking
  • Ensure documentation is complete before release to the field

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in construction or civil projects
  • Experience with:

  • Blueprint reading and document coordination
  • Scheduling tools (P6, MS Project, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple workflows
  • Exposure to projects in operational or regulated environments (airport, transit, healthcare, data center, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at DFW Airport strongly preferred
  • Experience on airport or infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with high-compliance or restricted-access environments
  • Experience using Procore or similar systems
