Job description

Delivery Driver

Join our team as a Delivery Driver and play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the parts and products they need accurately, safely, and on time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced automotive environment. In addition to deliveries, this role supports daily store operations and helps create a positive experience for both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers along assigned routes and complete urgent deliveries as needed
  • Pick up parts, cores, returns, and products from customers, vendors, or other store locations
  • Verify orders for accuracy prior to delivery and ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely manner
  • Accurately complete delivery paperwork, invoices, and related documentation
  • Maintain company vehicles by keeping them clean, organized, fueled, and performing routine fluid and safety checks
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service during all customer interactions
  • Assist with checking in freight, stocking inventory, and organizing products within the store
  • Support store operations by assisting counter customers, answering phones, processing customer returns, and resolving customer concerns
  • Assist with additional store tasks such as paint mixing and non-application parts support, when needed
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, security, and operational standards
  • Work collaboratively with store team members to support overall business operations
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Knowledge of and ability to follow federal and state driving laws, regulations, and safety procedures
  • Familiarity with the local territory and ability to navigate delivery routes effectively
  • Basic understanding of store operations and procedures
  • Automotive parts knowledge or previous automotive sales/customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move automotive parts and products as needed
