JT&T Delivery Service Partner LLC, is looking to hire Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon Packages (and Smiles) to customers eagerly awaiting their essential items in the Inland Bay area (Marin County). We believe "Teamwork plus Positivity equal Success for all".
We provide a safe and supportive environment for all employees and equal opportunities for growth into Dispatch and Management Positions. No CDL or Experience Required.
Drivers load packages from the Amazon Station (DFO9) in American Canyon into company vans and follow a guided route to deliver packages to homes and businesses. Drivers have live support and guidance from the Dispatch team to help them throughout the day.
Compensation & Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle (van)
  • Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day
  • Safely drive and operate delivery vehicle at all times
  • Successfully handle and deliver packages on time per customer request.
  • Communicate effectively with support team and ensure deliveries are completed.
  • Be comfortable with using company provided Device and associated Apps for navigation, scanning etc.

Job Requirements:
  • Applicant must be at least 21 years old
  • Applicant must have a valid Drivers' License
  • Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States
