Job description

Delivery Driver – $21.50/Hour – 4-Day Work Week – No CDL Required


Crimson Transport is hiring full-time Delivery Associates in Salina, Kansas.

Earn $21.50 per hour while working a four-day schedule. No CDL or previous delivery experience is required. We provide the delivery van, fuel, insurance, and training.


PAY AND SCHEDULE

  • Starting pay: $21.50 per hour
  • Monthly performance and safety bonuses
  • Seasonal bonus opportunities
  • Four-day workweek with shifts of up to 10+ hours
  • Shifts begin at 10:45 a.m.
  • Schedule must include at least one weekend day
  • Additional days and overtime may be available based on business needs

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll drive a company-provided delivery van and deliver retail packages to homes and businesses in Salina and surrounding communities. This is an active, independent position. Throughout your shift, you’ll safely drive your route, enter and exit the van frequently, organize packages, and deliver packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be physically able to work in all types of weather environments including heat and cooler temps.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Able to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work shifts of up to 10+ hours in varying weather conditions
  • Able to meet all required pre-employment and driver-eligibility requirements
  • Available to work at least one weekend day as part of your standard schedule
