Job Information

The Marketing Director is a full-time leadership position within our Marketing Department. This position serves as the Chief Marketing Officer’s right-hand leader and is responsible for overseeing the activation and execution of the overall marketing strategy across a portfolio of 30+ brands.

The Marketing Director will lead the day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary marketing team and ensure campaigns move effectively from strategy through execution. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on marketing expertise and confidently evaluate campaign strategy, graphic design, messaging, paid media, websites, funnels, email marketing, social media, and other marketing deliverables.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader and experienced marketer who can identify strategic or tactical mistakes, provide clear creative direction, coach team members, improve processes, and ensure marketing efforts support the organization’s broader business and revenue goals.

This position will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and will work closely with executive leadership, department leaders, internal marketing specialists, vendors, freelancers, and agency partners.

Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week. May require additional hours, evenings, and/or weekend work based on business needs.
