Role summary: As an Art Director on the Seasonal Campaign Fashion team, you will help shape the visual expression of Walmart Fashion through bold, customer-centric creative. You will develop and execute compelling concepts across photography, video, digital, social, and omnichannel campaigns that bring our brand to life. We're looking for a highly organized, culturally curious creative with a passion for fashion, storytelling, and exceptional execution. What you'll do: - Develop and execute creative concepts for seasonal fashion campaigns across digital, social, eCommerce, and in-store channels.
- Art direct photography, video, and content productions from concept through final delivery.
- Partner closely with copywriters, designers, marketers, merchants, and producers to create cohesive campaign experiences.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards while pushing the work forward in fresh, relevant ways.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback cycles with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Bring cultural insights, fashion trends, and customer understanding into the creative process.
- Present ideas confidently and contribute to a culture of creative excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 1 year's experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field OR 3 years' experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field.
