Our locally owned Pella dealer is looking for bothIn-housewindow and door installers andsub-contracted crews.Pella is a quality American-made product backed by decades of innovation and we install to the highest standards as well.

In-house Install Information

Come join our team where we strive for 5 star ratings from our customers on every job. We provide Pella attire, tools, trucks, metal brakes and train our installers to install Pella Windows and Doors with precision.

Requirements for Full-time Installer

  • Be able to pass a drug screen, background check and have a clean driving record
  • Have reliable transportation to and from our warehouse location - transportation to the job site is provided in a company vehicle
  • Clean and neat appearance
  • Experience is preferred but not required.
  • Pay is based on skill level and years in the industry.

Sub-Contractor Information

  • We do the marketing, selling, ordering of product and materials, scheduling and collections while you install
  • Excellent payout schedule
  • Installs paid on a bi-weekly schedule thru ACH which means your pay goes directly to your bank account twice a week.
  • Be proficient in setting windows and/or doors both square, level and plumb
  • Have experience using a metal brake.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, sales reps and project coordinators

Requirements

  • Have your own crew, truck and trailer
  • Possess the proper tools needed for installing windows and doors
  • Punctual, proficient in time management
  • Keenly aware of customer service protocols
  • Own a metal brake and know how to use it
  • Ability to provide a clear invoice when jobs are complete
  • Stick to the install schedule
  • Use Pella software to accept and complete jobs in our system

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday
