Unwired is looking for a motivated, high-energy Recruiter to help us build elite sales teams across our Door-to-Door and Retail divisions. If you’re competitive, organized, love talking to people, and want uncapped earning potential, this is the opportunity for you.

This role is based in Las Vegas, Nevada and operates from a fixed office location.

What You'll Do:

• Source and recruit top talent for D2D and retail sales positions
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
• Manage job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and social media recruiting
• Schedule interviews and assist with onboarding new hires
• Build relationships with candidates and create a strong hiring pipeline
• Work directly with leadership to hit weekly hiring goals
• Help grow multiple markets and expansion teams

• Sales or recruiting experience preferred
