Job description

We're building a world of health around every individual - shaping a more connected, convenient and compassionate health experience. At CVS Health, you'll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselvesaccountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.

Position Summary:

This role owns the downstream execution that brings Aetna International's products to market - bridging Product and Sales Enablement to turn new and refreshed offerings into sales-ready content, materials, and implementation support. Sitting on the Go-to-Market (GTM) team, this critical team member ensures every product launch, refresh, and discontinuation is planned, resourced, communicated, and delivered on time.

This is the operational engine of the Go-to-Market team's product commercialization. This role translates product strategy and roadmaps into the plans, materials, and coordination required to take offerings to market. It partners closely with Product, Sales Enablement, Commercial Tech, Marketing, Digital, and external vendors to manage enablement project plans end-to-end, create and maintain sales-facing content, and support product implementation - ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery across a global, multi-segment business. This is an individual contributor role focused on execution and coordination rather than strategy ownership.

The position is remote/hybrid and works out of the Hartford, CT location. Candidates must be within commutable distance and will be expected to go into the office three days per week.

What you will do:

  • Serve as the connective tissue between Product Management, Sales Enablement, Commercial Tech, and Digital to ensure solutions are consistently and accurately brought to market.

  • Translate product strategy and roadmaps into sales-ready messaging, materials, and tools that make new offerings easy to position and sell.

  • Manage version control and distribution of product materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and delivery across GTM channels.

  • Support product implementation activities so that Product Senior Managers can stay focused on strategy, development, and innovation.

  • Provide project management support and GTM channel distribution for all product launches, refreshes, and discontinuations.

  • Own end-to-end enablement project plans, clearly outlining sales materials, digital assets, training materials, and plan designs requiring creation or update.

  • Act as the Aetna International delegate on the enterprise Compliance Assessment Response Tracking (CART) workgroup to evaluate, triage, and respond to any product-specific impacts related to federal and state mandates.

  • Coordinate translation and accessibility remediation workflows for materials, including handoffs, reviews, and final delivery.

  • Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders across Product, Sales Enablement, Commercial Tech, Marketing, Digital, Learning & Development, and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Deploy modern tools, including automation and AI, to accelerate GTM processes, content development, version control, and delivery.

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in healthcare or insurance, and in product marketing, sales enablement, go-to-market operations, or product/program management, international experience a plus.

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering cross-functional work on time.

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and fluency producing polished, sales-ready materials; comfort with PDF production and content-management tools (Highspot or similar).

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong version-control discipline across high-volume materials.

  • Clear writer and communicator able to translate product and technical content into compelling sales narratives.

  • Highly collaborative, coachable, and comfortable influencing without authority across product, marketing, sales, and vendor partners.

  • Experience coordinating translation or localization workflows for global materials a plus.

  • Practical experience applying automation and AI-enabled tools to improve speed and quality preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
