What are some common challenges faced by Full Time Coasters, and how can they be addressed?

Effective communication with team members and guests helps prevent misunderstandings and keeps operations running smoothly. Ongoing training and a supportive team environment are key factors in overcoming these challenges and ensuring a rewarding experience for both staff and visitors.

What are Full Time Coasters?

A Full Time Coaster is not a standard job title in most industries. In some contexts, it refers informally to someone who is employed full time but puts in minimal effort at work, essentially 'coasting' by without taking on significant responsibilities or going above and beyond. This term is often used humorously or critically to describe employees who do the bare minimum required to maintain their position. It is not an official job classification and typically does not appear in formal job postings.
