Full time chat support roles are popular in industries like e-commerce, technology, and customer service.

  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations while effectively managing client needs.
  • Collaborative spirit with a dedication to teamwork and multidisciplinary approaches in client care.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in clinical practice with a focus on trauma-related disorders.
  • In-depth knowledge of trauma-informed care methodologies and resilience-building strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience employing trauma-focused therapies and interventions effectively within a clinical setting.
