What You’ll Do

As a Welding Technician, you will play a hands-on role in building and supporting equipment and components that meet customer requirements and engineering standards. In this role, you will:

  • Fabricate, assemble, and finish metal products and components
  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment and mechanical systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings
  • Measure materials and verify dimensions to ensure accurate fit and tolerance
  • Inspect and test welds to confirm quality and structural integrity
  • Follow workplace safety standards and help maintain a safe production environment
  • Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support production goals
  • Participate in weekly meetings to review project schedules, assignments, and progress
  • Travel occasionally as needed, primarily within the U.S.

 

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work. Qualified candidates will have:

  • Experience with MIG and TIG welding
  • Previous experience in welding, fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
  • Familiarity with welding tools, fabrication equipment, and standard welding procedures
  • Strong math, measurement, and dimensional verification skills
  • Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work safely and effectively
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
  • A self-motivated, organized, and quality-focused mindset
