What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.
  • Train and mentor production staff to enhance performance.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
What Are We Looking For
  • Prior cement plant or heavy industrial experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools.
  • Preferred: Ability to obtain ATF clearance to operate specialized materialโ€‘clearing equipment (e.g., kiln guns or similar equipment) used in cement plant operations.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • 12-hour rotating shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off
  • Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
