The opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Revenue Auditor to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Revenue Auditor, you are responsible for tracking, verifying, reconciling, and balancing revenue generated from gaming, hospitality, and sports betting operations. You will work closely with operational departments to ensure all revenue is accounted for accurately and in accordance with gaming industry standards and government regulations.

$15.50 - $17.00 / hour

What will you do?
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting processes to properly record and classify financial transactions
  • Prepare balance sheets, account reconciliations, month-end journal entries, and analysis
  • Assist the controller and managers with research of monthly journal entry and account reconciliation-related questions
  • Calculate and coordinate payments to key partners
  • Develop and implement best practices in all areas of financial reporting

More about you
  • One to two years of accounting or related experience, preferred
  • Must have intermediate-level skills with Microsoft Excel/Word/Access, etc.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft is a plus, but not required

Physical requirements
  • Able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds occasionally
