Job description

Are you an experienced carpenter ready to grow your career with a supportive company? Well, you're in luck. Be Happy Property Services in Anchorage, AK is on the lookout for a full-time Carpenter - Remodeler, and that could be you!

As part of our carpentry team, you'll earn a great wage ranging from $30 - $50 per hour, depending on your skills and experience. Plus, you'll enjoy a flexible schedule and a 401(k) plan with a company match to sweeten the deal.


DAY-TO-DAY

Your schedule will vary during the summer months between 8 - 10 hours/day, Monday - Friday. We guarantee 40 hours/week, but if you're up for it, there's always overtime on the table.

As a Carpenter - Remodeler, you'll be tackling all sorts of construction projects, meticulously reading plans to ensure your work meets the specifications. From kitchen remodels, deck builds, or door fixes to minor plumbing or electrical, you handle it all. The variety of construction or remodeling projects you work on may also include:

  • Windows
  • Siding
  • Fences
  • Bath remodels
  • Drywall
  • Painting
  • Trim
  • Counter Tops
  • Tile

DO YOU HAVE THE CHOPS?

  • 5+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or repair
  • 5+ years of carpentry experience

  • Ability to work well under pressure
