Position Overview

Solace Space Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor to join our dynamic team. Work Environment

In this fully remote role, you will engage in client counseling sessions during regular business hours, allowing for flexibility in your schedule. Our outpatient office setting is designed to facilitate effective therapy sessions, and you will have access to telehealth tools to provide care to clients in a comfortable environment, respecting their privacy and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate client concerns and needs, establishing a strong foundation for their treatment.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by each client, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Provide individual, couple, and family counseling services, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies.
  • Document progress in an organized manner, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records to track improvements and adapt treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive, holistic care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest practices and research in mental health counseling.
  • Participate actively in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and peer supervision to foster a culture of learning and professional growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the rewarding experience of working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who are seeking support for various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns. Your empathetic approach will empower clients to express themselves openly and work through their challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.
  • Proven experience in providing counseling services within an outpatient clinic, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Capability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
