Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.
• Facilitating open communication among multidisciplinary teams, clients, families, and guardians to monitor and report on client progress effectively.
• Documenting appointments, sessions, home visits, and follow-ups to maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights, practices, and recommendations for improving client care and outcomes.
• Arranging and conducting training sessions for fellow team members to enhance their understanding of program protocols and required documentation procedures.
• Tracking and assessing client progress through regular updates and follow-up interviews, ensuring their ongoing needs are met adequately.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth, each facing various mental health challenges. Our clinic serves individuals seeking therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid and active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients of varied backgrounds.
• The ability to work harmoniously in a team-focused healthcare environment while maintaining a client-centered approach.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will also have experience in specific areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma recovery. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and methodologies to enhance patient care will be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Our compensation package includes:
