Overview

We are seeking a Business Writer to join the Planning & Performance Management Department (P&PMD) under the Planning, Budgeting & Performance Management Center (PB&PMC).
P&PMD is responsible for preparing the Company Business Plan, Accountability, and Quarterly Business Review exercises.


Your primary role is to prepare the Business Plan and Accountability reports to Saudi Aramco Board of Director by compiling input from organizations across the Company, analyzing the information, and writing narratives and report.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

  • Prepare narratives on business related informed from various reports and respond in a timely manner to queries.
  • Quickly understand Company operations and communicate those operations in a clear and concise manner, acceptable to the Board of Directors and senior management.
  • Build business partnerships with colleagues outside the Finance Service Line.
  • Write articles on major Company operations and projects, as well as community activities, often consulting with subject matter specialists
Minimum Requirements
  • As a successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism or Linguistics or Business. FP&A, CMA and or CPA is a preferable
  • You will have a minimum of 10 years of diversified experience in a business publications, blogs and corporate communications role, preferably in Oil and Gas and or finance industry.
  • You will have experience in business writing styles such as company annual reports, industry performance reviews, white papers, reports, case studies, press releases and executive performance review letters.
  • You will be able to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written, and have abilities in storytelling and reducing or eliminating redundant information.
  • You will be able to communicate with different audiences from executives to customers.
  • You will be able to collaborate with business leaders, finance and public relation teams.
