Join Our Kitchen Team: Cheeca Lodge & Spa, a prestigious resort in Islamorada, is seeking a skilled Cook to enhance our culinary team. In this role, you'll contribute to our renowned dining experiences, which include the award-winning Atlantic's Edge Restaurant, Mia Cucina Italian Kitchen, room service, and our lively tiki bars. This is your opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a vibrant and diverse kitchen environment.
Open Availability including Weekends - Saturday/Sunday availability needed.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Work the fast-paced breakfast shift
  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen area, adhering to Board of Health standards.
  • Follow precise directions for food preparation to ensure quality and consistency in presentation.
  • Aim for perfection in preparing dishes, focusing on uniform presentation and efficient waste management.
