Job description

The Department of Urology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time tenure track Investigator at the rank of Assistant Professor in the areas of prostate cancer biology, cancer epigenetics and bioinformatics. The position includes both research and teaching responsibilities.
Qualified candidates will have a PhD or MD or dual degree and an outstanding record of research in prostate cancer biology, informatics, and translational cancer research. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of prostate cancer biology, cancer epigenetics and bioinformatics. We are seeking an individual with an established program in prostate cancer who is drawn to the broad opportunities at Northwestern with its collaborative clinical programs at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. The Center for Genetic Medicine houses the NUgene biobank and the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center offers a robust research infrastructure for translation.
The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
