Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter – English/Spanish | Full Time

Location: Right at Home – Norfolk, NE
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a people person who loves connecting with others, building relationships, and helping people find meaningful work? Right at Home is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing Norfolk team!

What You’ll Do:
  • Recruit in-home caregivers, CNAs, CMAs, LPNs, and RNs, with a strong focus on growing our caregiver team

  • Proactively find and connect with potential caregivers through job boards, referrals, community outreach, social media, and other recruiting sources

  • Communicate with candidates and Care Professionals in both English and Spanish

  • Make outbound recruiting calls, respond quickly to applicants, and consistently follow up with leads

  • Conduct interviews, screenings, and New Hire Orientations

  • Build relationships with applicants and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring and onboarding process

  • Work closely with our scheduling and office teams to understand current and upcoming caregiver staffing needs

  • Help support and communicate with our Spanish-speaking caregivers after hire

  • Meet and exceed recruiting and hiring goals with a positive, persistent, and results-driven attitude

  • Help us continually grow a dependable, compassionate, and engaged Care Team throughout Northeast Nebraska

What We’re Looking For:
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish – REQUIRED

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Previous recruiting, HR, sales, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and actively pursuing candidates—not just waiting for applications

  • Organized, self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented

  • Comfortable having tough conversations and coaching field staff when needed

  • Someone who enjoys working toward goals, solving problems, and celebrating wins

  • A team player who genuinely enjoys helping people succeed
