Job Opportunity: Onsite Wellness Coach - Part-Time, 24 hours a week- Deer Park, NY
Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Onsite Wellness Coach to join our team. This is a part-time role (24 flexible hours per week) based in Deer Park, NY.

Key ResponsibilitiesWellness Coaching & Engagement
  • Lead group sessions like stretch and flex programs, lunch-and-learns, and seminars.
  • Conduct individual health consults, blood pressure checks, and body composition testing.
  • Support employees in setting and achieving personal health and wellness goals using evidence-based coaching strategies.
  • Promote mindfulness, stress reduction, and overall physical and mental wellbeing.
Injury Prevention & Safety Initiatives
  • Conduct daily site walks to engage employees in safe work practices.
  • Provide coaching on musculoskeletal health and injury prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement safety initiatives.
Health Promotion & Education
  • Plan and implement initiatives that encourage healthy lifestyle behaviors.
  • Connect employees to company resources and benefits that align with their wellness goals.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and safety talks to educate employees on health risks and prevention strategies.
Administrative Excellence
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Maintain open communication with operations managers and client site contacts.
What We're Looking For
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) skills are a must.
  • A passion for health and wellness with experience in coaching, fitness, health promotion, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in leading both individuals and groups.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred
  • Experience in health coaching, fitness training, or injury prevention.
  • Familiarity with behavior change techniques, such as motivational interviewing or the stages of change model.
  • Educational Degree in Allied Health.
