Open.  Requires knowledge of operating cash register and bar equipment.  Certified bartender, as required by Bartenders Union. NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED

Prepares ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients.  Operates a cash register, ringing the proper amount into the register and giving guest or waiter/waitress the correct change.  Maintains a respectful control over guests at all times.  Resourceful with all beverages, fruit, and supplies in order to maintain low beverage costs.  Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines and as outlined in PRIDE certification.
