Bartender
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Bartender. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, pouring/making alcohol/non-alcohol-based beverages, following recipes, finalizing payment, and working in a team environment to ensure all guests are being taken care of to the highest standard.
As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love-guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll provide friendly, responsive and consistent service to create a beyond expectation food and beverage experience for all guests.

This position is available for Double Cut Steak house & Redd's Piano Bar.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests immediately, inform them of specials, provide menu and beverage tours, and recommend items/drinks you genuinely feel guests will enjoy and advise on menu changes.
  • Have a working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, common drink recipes and methods of preparation.
  • Answer questions about food, beverage, restaurant functions, services, and resort services and activities.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in the point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar.
  • Prepare drinks with Kalahari recipes and quantity specifications and deliver food and beverage orders with appropriate service trays to guests in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For
  • 1-2 years of prior bartending experience within a restaurant/resort setting.
  • RAMP Certification is required
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
