Job description

We are a fast-paced multi-state law firm seeking an associate for our Virginnia bankruptcy practice in our Laurel, MD office. We represent a multitude of mortgage lenders and servicers in all aspects of the default process. Our primary need is for an associate in our bankruptcy department to represent secured creditors in consumer bankruptcy proceedings but there may be some opportunity in our foreclosure practice as well.  In addition, the candidate must be able to work independently and must possess strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills. Strong writing skills and an ability to identify issues quickly with an ability to problem solve are also required. Admission to the VA district courts is required.
