  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for architectural projects.
  • Assist in documentation for Permit applications.
  • Prepare presentations and visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for design development.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals during the design and construction phases to ensure design integrity.
  • Develop solutions for technical and design problems
  • Assist with development and implementation of CADD Standards
  • Ability to troubleshoot software and file issues.
  • Oversee and coordinate BIM processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES (IT Support)

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for design and engineering professionals, including hardware, software, network, and application troubleshooting.
  • Support and maintain CAD workstations and related software (AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, etc.).
  • Assist with BIM coordination and document control when required.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to construction and design clients, offering both technical support and design insights.
  • Track and bill time accurately for all client-facing and internal tasks.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand and deliver project goals.
  • Travel to client sites across the Mid-Atlantic region as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Autodesk Products (Revit/AutoCAD/Bluebeam/3D rendering).
  • Knowledge of wood, steel, and concrete construction details and processes.
