HVAC Maintenance Technician (San Marcos)
Compensation: DOE Employment type: full-time
Work for one of the largest and well-respected HVAC companies in San Diego - Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar. We promote an enjoyable working environment with a family like culture. We are actively seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our successful team! This position reports directly to the Service Manager. We provide medical, dental, vision and 401(k) benefits as well as company paid vacation, sick and holiday time. We offer a very competitive salary, incentive plans and many other family-oriented benefits. Medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, paid holidays and 401(k) plan with additional benefits offered. Requirements:
  • Pre-employment drug screening and background check required

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on HVAC equipment.
  • Measure, document and report system performance.
