About the Role

As a Product Marketing intern you will work with the Office of the CFO team to assist with positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and sales tools development for Workday's enterprise cloud applications. This position will be crucial in advancing key initiatives across our product marketing teams within the Office of the CFO. You will contribute to high-impact projects including market research, competitive analysis, and customer webinars to drive the adoption and understanding of Workday's offerings for accounting, finance, and procurement teams.

Learn about strategic problem solving, planning, and implementing programs to drive awareness and accelerate customer demand at scale for an exciting and dynamic market.

Responsibilities

  • Dive into go-to-market strategy for new product releases including internal and external collateral development, sales training, customer communication and messaging.

  • Collaborate with the team on market research and competitive analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate representation of key product differentiators are accurately reflected messaging and positioning materials.

  • Build product collateral, including presentations, white papers, FAQs, videos, website content, and data sheets to support outbound communication, demand generation, and sales efforts.

  • Learn about detailed cross-organizational product launch plans.

  • Support product marketing efforts to craft and execute on marketing campaigns, including: website and digital strategy, conferences, and customer stories.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an MBA degree to which you will return to in Fall 2025

  • Graduation date no earlier than Dec. 2025

  • Able to commit to full time internship program during summer of 2025

  • Course work, work experience, or internship in product marketing, product strategy, or technical sales/marketing at a technology company or BI/analytics.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
