This position operates entirely remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to both clients and colleagues through telehealth platforms. You will engage with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to integrative care, utilizing telehealth tools and electronic health records to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment planning.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized care plans that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth.
• Engage in regular discussions with a diverse team that includes psychologists, social workers, and other mental health specialists to deliver holistic care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices and emerging research in the mental health field.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for refining clinical programs, ensuring that therapy approaches are effective and adjust to client needs.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid California state licensure (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) is required.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is essential, demonstrating a strong background in therapeutic practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine client-centered approach to therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health records is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Experience providing telehealth services and utilizing counseling software for managing client information and sessions.
• Proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities, which could include cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior therapy, or mindfulness-based strategies.
• Exposure to diverse client populations or specialized areas, such as trauma-informed care or substance abuse recovery.
